I decided that I would put somewhere between 5-7 miles in on the day. I figured I would take my east industrial drive route today so I had the option of either running 4 or 6+ miles. The decision wouldn't have to be made until mile 2.
At the mile 2 mark, I was feeling surprisingly well and decided to do the extra.
Overall, nothing special today. Just put in 6.5 on tired legs but over felt pretty good. I have been fighting a tendon/muscle problem in my right foot for a few days now but it is getting any worse or better. I will take tomorrow off and see how I feel with a little rest.
