January 27th - Training - Manchester, NH - 7.5

There was nothing special today. Just laced up the shoes and put in an alright run. The roads were not in great shape with the snow we had yesterday and clean-up process had not been fully completed.

Today went a little something like this . . .

  1. Got home from teaching
  2. Changed into running gear
  3. Turned on the Garmin
  4. Left the house
  5. Ran and decided "on the fly" on where and how far I was going
  6. Made it home
  7. Showered
  8. Changed into my refereeing gear
  9. Refereed 3 hours
  10. Showered again
  11. Sleep
It was not my best run but it felt good and got a good distance in the bag. Hopefully tomorrow brings better running conditions and I can get a few bonus miles. We will see. . .

(I've heard this before . . . )
