January 14th - Training - Manchester, NH - 3.3

After a day of substituting 1st grade and refereeing 4 hours of U14 boys playoffs, I returned home needing to clear my head from all of the stresses of 1st graders. I was also mentally exhausted from dealing with 14 year old boys "trying" to play soccer.

I decided I would put in a nice and easy run and call it a night. I left my house and did my normal Derryfield C.C. loop that I can essentially do on autopilot. That is essentially what I did. I completed a nice and easy 3.3 miles.

I made it home, showered and went to bed as I know I have a nice and "toasty" Fudgcicle 5K tomorrow morning in Tewksbury. It is supposed to be a nice and balmy 7 degrees. We will see how it goes.
